Euton Daley

Euton Daley is the former CEO and Artist Director of Pegasus Theatre.

'My career has always focused on young people and on developing participation in the arts, working with companies including Greenwich Young People’s Theatre; The Royal Court Young People’s Theatre; Northampton Royal Theatre-in-Education Company; Leavener’s Experimental Arts Project. I have directed professional projects with Hounslow Asian Theatre Company, Tara Arts, New Perspectives and M6 Theatre-in-Education Company as well as performing in radio plays for the BBC.

I have lectured and run courses with businesses as well as with artists, teachers, playleaders and youth workers and across a range of institutions from Local Authorities, businesses (Unipart, Anglian Water) and training institutions (New York University, National Youth Music Theatre). I currently teach on the PGCE course at Oxford University Department of Educational Studies focusing on the use of drama, in developing learning, to non-drama students and have successful piloted a project with Oxfordshire County Council Primary Strategy Team on developing children’s writing using drama-based activities.'     - Euton Daley
